QHHT

What is QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique)

This hypnosis regression technique allows people to access a part of themselves that holds all the answers. Some people call this the Higher Self, the Over Soul, the Super Conscious. With QHHT®, you journey into past lives so you are able to have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are — and to ultimately create change within yourself.  


We then do the hypnosis, you will be laying down in a bed.  I will be guided by you and your subconscious only.  I will never direct your or guide you.  I will follow your lead and ask questions along the way to get you the information you seek.  The entire session is completely confidential.   This hypnosis is done in the alpha and theta levels of consciousness.  You are not asleep and will most likely remember some of the session.  Hypnosis is a very natural state which we are in and out of all day long - just as we are waking up in the morning, just as we are falling asleep, when driving your car on autopilot and arriving at your destination while thinking of something else, etc.  Hypnosis is completely safe and is extremely relaxing and enjoyable.

The QHHT Session Process

  • We begin with an interview where I get to know you and understand why you have decided to have this session and what you are seeking.  This is critical so I can identify things in your past life that connect to this life.  
  • Visit scene(s) from a past life
  • Call in the Higher Self
  • Ask the Higher Self about the scenes we just saw and how they’re relevant to your current life
  • Body scan to review any physical conditions (this may involve learning why they exist and may even include spontaneous healing)
  • Ask the questions you brought to the session and get detailed responses

How to Prepare for a QHHT Session

  •  Your session can take 2-4 hours so plan your time accordingly. We will begin with an interview where I get to know you and understand why you have decided to have this session and what you are seeking.  This is critical so I can identify things in your past life that connect to this life  We then do the hypnosis, you will be laying down in a bed.  I will be guided by you and your subconscious only.  I will never direct your or guide you.  I will follow your lead and ask questions along the way to get you the information you seek.  The entire session is completely confidential.
  •  You'll need something to record the session (your cell phone will work).  I will record the session with my phone as well.  The recording is very important as you may not remember the information that was given during your session and listening to the session will reinforce it.
  •  Please make a list of 7-10 questions you'd like your soul/superconscious to give you guidance on or more clarity.  Below is only a suggestion:    
    Health- To learn or understand the energetic root cause of specific health challenges and to endeavor to resolve them.
    Relationships- To understand life long patterns with multiple people or dynamics of specific individual relationships to encourage more peace and harmony
    Life Path- Usually related to work and employment, many people simply have the job they do to meet other’s expectations, pay bills and are often exhausted and miserable or bored. There may be other options for you out there!4) Don't eat too heavily as you won't want to fall asleep during the session - light snacks are preferred.
  • It is best to wear comfortable, loose clothing, minimal amounts of jewelry and go easy on mascara.  Tears are very common, they are a "Release Mechanism" and are most welcome.   
  • Allow.  Allow is a very important word.  Your session will be more beneficial and insightful when you allow it happen and unfold as is most appropriate for you in this time.   With your intent and desire, you can obtain much information to help you understand some challenges you may have in this life. 
  • Expectations. Leave them at the door. I can tell clients all day long not to expect any specifics about their sessions, but almost no one is able to do this completely. Still it is helpful to leave as many expectations at the door as possible. Every session is as unique as the individual who has one. You can read books or watch videos all day long but your session will unfold in your own consciousness in your own way and will more beautifully do so if you don’t expect certain things to happen or not happen.
  • Are you a coffee or tea drinker? Don’t have too many caffeine drinks before your session, but don’t go “cold turkey.” You want to be relaxed, but you do not want to be nursing a caffeine withdrawal headache.
